By accessing or using Canvasvid ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Canvasvid is an AI-powered platform that generates explainer videos from text descriptions. The Service includes script generation, voice synthesis, illustration, animation, and video rendering capabilities.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating videos. New accounts receive 25 free credits. Additional credits can be purchased through subscription plans or one-time credit packs.

Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle and do not roll over. All purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the text content you provide as input. Subject to these Terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the videos generated by the Service for personal and commercial purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring your input content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, violate any laws, or contain harmful, illegal, or objectionable material.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Canvasvid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
